Held in Lome, Togo’s  capital, the workshop presented the RC tools of personal liberation, helping participants eliminate distress and painful emotions in  order to reclaim their full humanness.

On a Train in India
Once I was traveling to Howrah (West Bengal) by train, which takes about eight hours. Somehow, I managed to book a second-class  seat but the train car was overcrowded. I was annoyed to see so many people entering the reserved compartment without proper  tickets.
